DATE: Feb. 5, 2006 (Super Bowl Sunday) THE INCIDENT: On her way to get a drink (club soda) while watching the big game at a friend's house, AR failed to notice she was stepping into sunken bar and took a tumble. INJURIES: Bruised knee, wounded pride. WITNESSES: Multiple.
DATE: Jan 23, 2006 THE INCIDENT: JB and AR took snowboarding lessons. They fell a lot. INJURIES: Stiff legs, achy arms, bruised knees, bruised butts. WITNESSES: Lift operator, snowboarding instructor, fellow snowboarding novices, fellow snowboarding novice's mom, people skiing by, people hanging out on the bar deck.

DATE: Sept. 14, 2005 THE INCIDENT: AnnaRay, having retrieved a block of cheddar from the dairy bin, closed the refridgerator door on The Boy's head as he was diving into the ice box on his own mad dash for cheese. INJURIES: One Harry Potter-like scratch on The Boy's forehead. WITNESSES: AnnaRay
DATE: Aug. 22, 2005 THE INCIDENT: Judybat's sister, already having a very bad day and unfamiliar with Portland's quaint tradition of neglecting to post stop signs at some 4-way intersections, crashed judybat's car into another car speeding across her path. INJURIES: crumpled hood, broken headlights on the '99 Subaru Legacy Wagon; smashed door on the other vehicle. WITNESSES: AnnaRay, judybats's mom

DATE: May 29, 2005 THE INCIDENT: The Boy, standing on the bathroom windowsill (while being held by JudyBat) so he could look at the flowers in the back garden, was holding onto the window sash when it slipped down and pinched his tiny fingers. DATE: May 28, 2005 THE INCIDENT: Trying to negotiate her bicycle through two low wooden posts marking the entrance to Irving Park, AnnaRay panicked and fell. INJURIES: skinned knee, bruised thigh, scratched ankle. WITNESSES: Guy at the water fountain, his dog, 3 squirrels. (Judybat was riding in front with The Boy on the back of her bike, so while they did hear the crash, they did not see the accident.)
