A random, yet deep, waste of time
Perhaps it's just because I'm getting really uncomfortable and feeling both subversive and brainless, but ...Here's my new favorite waste of Internet time. If only someone would do something like this with For Better or For Worse. Or maybe Cathy. Notice that I love and respect you all so much, and I'm not even wasting your time by attaching a link to her nonsense.

A few years ago, somebody noticed that Garfield comic strips, which always consist of three equal-sized panels, are really only funny if the three panels are randomly selected from the entire Garfield oeuvre. This enterprising person wrote a little script, put it on his or her Web site, and lots of hilarious copyright infringement ensued.
The lawyers prevailed, and the site is now down. But you can still see some archived results here.
Now that was some quality time-wastin'.
